Frequently Asked Questions
What is the route?
The run is a 5K circular route through the farm fields, on public footpaths. The terrain is a mix of gravel and grass paths, we suggest wearing trail shoes if you have them as it can get muddy and hilly in parts.
How fast is the run?
We welcome all abilities, runners, joggers and walkers! We encourage running at a social pace and organise pacers that run a 5K between 25 – 35 mins with a tail walker at the end so no one feels left behind.
What time does the run start?
Please arrive at the farm at 8.45am for a 9am prompt start. We start with a warm up together and finish with coffee and cake.
Are dogs welcome?
Of course! Well behaved dogs on leads are welcome.
Is there coffee afterwards?
Absolutely! We’re serving up coffee, hot chocs, teas and cinnamon buns for you to refuel after your run. We open at 9am on Sundays.
Do you have car parking?
We have plenty of car parking on site but do advise car sharing where possible. Please arrive at 8.45am to give you enough time to park up.
Who is the run suitable for?
The run is suitable for all abilities. However, unfortunately due to the nature of the off-road route there is no access for prams and wheelchairs. Children under 14 must be accompanied by a parent, guardian or designated adult at all times during the run.
