Step into Christmas at the barn! Join us for our interactive carol concert, singing festive favourites that leave you full of Christmas joy, heart-warming nostalgia and a Christmas to remember. We are working with the UK’s leading Gospel Choir, to deliver a showstopping, high-energy performance, with a contemporary take on traditional carols.
You can also meet the farm animals, tractors and spread that Christmas cheer through the love of good food at our Christmas Markets before the show, including Yorkshire pudding wraps, mulled wine, mince pies, and the cosiest hot chocolates.

Tickets
Do I need to book?
Yes, entry to the carol concert is booking only which must be purchased online. We do not allow walk-ins or purchase of tickets onsite.
Where is the concert?
The carol concert is held in our festive barn. We’re based at Bates Farm, Warrington Road, Cheshire, WA3 6BN.
Is there parking?
Yes, we have parking on the farm. Where possible, we advise travelling together in one car.
Can I get a refund or exchange my ticket?
Tickets are non-refundable. However, you can exchange your ticket for another date or time up to 48 hours before your original concert date, subject to availability.
What does my ticket include?
Your ticket includes entry to the carol concert performance. You will also get to access our Christmas Markets, meet the animals and plenty of photo opportunities.
What should I wear?
The carol concert & christmas markets are outside in our undercover festive barns. We suggest wrapping up in all your cosy layers – gloves, scarfs, knitwear & winter coats to keep warm. Festive fancy dress is also encouraged!
The Concert
When should I arrive?
You must arrive within the 45 minute window outlined on your tickets. We suggest coming for when doors open so you can enjoy the food on offer at our Christmas markets, see the animals and also get plenty of photos in front of the festive photo opportunities.
How long is the performance?
The carol concert is approximately 60 minutes long. Doors open 75 minutes before you are taken to your seats to allow you to get food from our Christmas markets, meet the animals, photo opportunities and use the restrooms. Please note that late entry is not permitted.
How do I know where my seat is?
Before the performance starts, our staff will guide you to your seat. Seats are assigned on a first-come basis.
What happens if I’m late?
Unfortunately, late arrivals will not be permitted entry, and no refunds will be issued.
What age is the performance most suitable for?
The concert is suitable for all ages, the performance is child-friendly, fun and interactive. Those aged under 14 must be accompanied by an adult.
What is there to do before the performance begins?
We have our very own Christmas markets – we’ll be serving up all the festive fun – yorkshire pudding wraps, mulled wine & minced pies, cosy hot chocolates & cinnamon buns!
Can I go to the rest rooms during the performance?
For the best experience, we ask that you remain seated throughout the concert unless there’s an emergency.
Can I bring food into the concert?
For the best experience, we ask that you enjoy food at our Christmas markets before the performance starts.
Access
Is the performance accessible for wheelchairs & pushchairs?
The farm is accessible for wheelchairs and pushchairs. We have ramps, concrete terrain to allow for accessibility. However, to book wheelchair seats or other access requirements please email hello@batesfarm.co.uk
Are dogs allowed?
Unfortunately, the event is not suitable for dogs. We do allow service dogs to the concert, but to book service dog seats or other access requirements please email hello@batesfarm.co.uk.
